  1. Hi Annie;
    When during my life's journey things get tough, one key strategy keeps me afloat. I make sure to use time to my best benefit. When threatened we tend to over react because we panic. I try to slow myself down to be able to think rationally.
    Then I speed up with the response that stems from the thinking process.
    The overarching thought that sustains me is comparing myself to a human wheeble. I may go down, but I am coming right up again. Life is too precious to give up.
